Inspired by his mother's kitchen, in Modern Indian Rishi covers the traditional Indian dishes his mother used to cook in his hometown of Kolhapur, India, combined with his modern twist on Indian cooking. This book showcases his love of food and a unique exploration of Indian recipes with modern cooking and a contemporary style of food. All the recipes are traditionally from different regions of India and they do not all require exotic produce or ingredients.
