Michelle Brayshaw

Growing up in dry country of South Australia with a lack of swimming pools and lakes, Michelle’s love of the water came much later in life. Her hatred of the cold is what led her to relocate to the place she now calls home, Cairns. Her fascination with the Great Barrier Reef began when she was enjoying her first experience of swimming in summer sea temperature; placing her head under the water Michelle found a whole other world. On a mission to spread the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef Michelle uses her trained eye as a secondary Art Teacher to capture exquisite photographs of one of Australia’s greatest attributes.
